TSK Industrial Constructors LLC—commonly recognized as TSK Constructors throughout Southwest Michigan—is a family-owned specialty trades contractor with a strong presence in the Paw Paw Area. The company traces its origins to 1992, when founder Todd S. Korabik, then a motivated 15-year-old, began gaining experience on job sites after school. His early commitment established the foundation for a company devoted to skill, curiosity, and the pursuit of excellence in the trades.

By 2006, TSK had evolved into a comprehensive electrical contractor, transitioning from residential remodels to intricate nationwide industrial machinery relocations. The company garnered a reputation for meticulous craftsmanship, practical and cost-effective solutions, and unwavering customer satisfaction. As a licensed electrical and general contractor, TSK developed a turnkey service model emphasizing safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Between 2008 and 2015, TSK undertook projects across the United States in the pulp and paper, food and beverage, power-generation, and nuclear sectors. The work encompassed machinery installations, switchgear maintenance, and project design. This period solidified TSK’s reputation as a trusted partner for heavy industrial projects that demand precision and advanced technical expertise.

In 2016, TSK refined its strategic focus, streamlining operations and concentrating on contract-based start-up and commissioning services. The company transitioned to a design-build-protect-maintain model, offering electrical services, maintenance programs, property and casualty insurance solutions, and commercial tenant space. Todd further enhanced TSK’s capabilities by incorporating full-line insurance and financial services, providing comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of customer facilities.

By 2026, TSK identified an opportunity to leverage its extensive experience to better serve Southwest Michigan. The company collaborated with leading solutions providers to position itself as a premier resource for backup power systems, residential electrical services, and specialized maintenance solutions. TSK became Sales, Installation, and Warranty Dealers for Cummins, Briggs & Stratton, and Duromax generator systems and expanded its offerings to include Kohler system sales and installation. Additional services encompassed home battery systems and residential cogeneration systems, providing both heat and power. With skilled journeyman millwrights specializing in mechanical systems and power-mover equipment, TSK enhanced its capability to deliver safe, reliable installation and maintenance programs throughout the region.

Today, TSK Industrial Constructors LLC continues to advance with purpose, guided by the principles of craftsmanship, integrity, safety, and family. The company is committed to serving Southwest Michigan with professionalism and dedication, delivering dependable electrical and mechanical solutions designed to endure over time.
